F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Transportation

Private SUVs and Sprinters for race week, November 19–21, 2026. Skip the rideshare lines and road-closure gridlock.

F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix Transportation

Race week turns the Strip into a racetrack. A private SUV or Sprinter with a chauffeur who knows the closures gets your group to the circuit, parties and hotels without fighting rideshare.

Race week: November 19–21, 2026. Practice and qualifying run Thursday and Friday nights, with the race Saturday night. Sessions run late, so plan rides around night-time road closures.

Road closures

Parts of Las Vegas Blvd., Koval Ln., Harmon Ave., Sands Ave. and nearby on-ramps close around track sessions. Your chauffeur plans routes around them so you don’t sit in gridlock.

Designated zones

Officials set up rideshare and limo drop-off and pickup zones for each fan area. We use the zone closest to your grandstand or hospitality venue and text you the exact spot.

After the checkered flag

When thousands of fans leave at once, rideshare waits can stretch to an hour. Your chauffeur is already waiting for you.

F1 transportation questions

When is the 2026 Las Vegas Grand Prix?

Race week is Thursday, November 19 through Saturday, November 21, 2026, with the race on Saturday night. Check the official F1 schedule for exact session times.

Can a car drop us at our grandstand?

Not right at the gate. Roads around the Strip circuit close during track sessions, and F1 is largely a walking event. Your chauffeur uses the designated drop-off and pickup zones closest to your venue and stays in touch by text.

How do we get picked up after the race?

Expect heavy demand when sessions end. We agree on a pickup spot near your exit and time ahead, and your chauffeur waits for you, so you skip the rideshare surge and long app queues.

How much does F1 transportation cost?

We book by the hour. Weekday / weekend rates: SUV $110 / $120, Cadillac Escalade $135 / $150, Mercedes Sprinter $185 / $200. Race week sells out, so book early.
